Your product is guaranteed for a 12 month period from the date of purchase for materials and workmanship faults.

Our custom service is provided in three tiers:
Store your product in the original GTO London packaging when possible to avoid scratching. When treating, use a quality, non – abrasive jewellers polishing cloth and rub gently. If using hot soapy water to treat, do not immerse your product for too long and ensure it is dried thoroughly. Some stones are porous and water can cause them damage.
We use only the finest leather, made from soft, supple cow hide and pigskin suede that is robust and durable. Because leather is a natural product it should be treated accordingly. To remove marks, use a damp cloth to wipe and then dry thoroughly. Do not overfill your wallet as this could distort the shape, also long exposure to sunlight is not advised.
